WOW!!!!!   What a great gathering.  I want to thank everyone for coming out this year.  It takes a lot to make this event happen every year and if it was not for the help of the Verein, my family and my friends it would not have been this successful!!!!  THANK YOU!!!!! (from Loni Meier)

We want to extend a special thank you to the Omaha German Society for attending again this year.  We lift our glass to these people.  They not only came over to celebrate with us, even though they had their Schuetzen Verein the day before.  They even donated $550 to our organization to help keep this event going.  You are a great group of people and you are always welcome in our home!!!!

The weather was not with us in the morning so we were decided to move the festivities indoors.  The morning march, at 9:10 am, started our festivities and the king was officially named at 6:00 pm.

Your new king is Allen Mum.
